In Simple Words, Fitness refers to being physically fit and healthy.

The word "#Fitness" usually is a huge term that has different mean to each and every person,but it refers to your own optimal health and overall well-being.

Each and Every Individual can be Physically #fit . It requires a Lot of patience and dedication ; as we human has a normal human tendency that we can not compromise with our taste.
To be #fit and #healthy you should know what to eat and what not, means which food will have a positive effect i.e. growth and which food will have negative effect on your body.
As Dieting plays a very vital role to be #fit and #healthy. Dieting doesn't mean that you should not eat food like which you love but it means to eat in a smart way i.e. once in a day and in a controlled manner so that it's consumption may not effect much on your body and it can not be in excess.

Secondly, To be Physically Fit you should perform some cardio exercise, workout and asana because focusing only on your meal can not get you fit , but it will only keep you in a constant shape in which you are.

Generally Cardio exercises help in improving stamina, and endurance; whereas workouts refers to focusing on a certain muscles to improve or increase strenth and build up muscles.
